Problem: Golf Cart Connection is in a very competitive market that forces them to produce and sell a high volume of re-manufactured golf carts with a very narrow profit margin. Upgrades like dashboards, custom rims, rain enclosures, and other accessories are where they make their profit. On average, the sales department spent nearly an hour with a client, forty-five minutes of which was spent describing how their re-manufacturing process was superior to their competitors.
Video Verve's solution: We produced a concise six-minute video that took the client through each step of the process explicitly demonstrating and describing how re-manufaturing differs from "rebuilding" or "refurbishing" golf carts. The video now runs continuously in the showroom on a large inviting flat screen television. With a properly informed customer on their hands, GCC's sales staff is now able to spend more time up-selling and less time explaining the details of the re-manufacturing process.
